Senior Program Manager — IT Projects
Full-time · On-Site (Panama City, FL)
Own complex, multi-workstream IT programs from planning through delivery—driving scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment to clear outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Define program scope, success metrics, roadmap, and release plans across multiple IT projects.
- Build and run integrated schedules; manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change control.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, security, infrastructure, vendors) to on-time delivery.
- Own budgets, forecasts, vendor SOWs, and procurement with clear financial reporting.
- Run crisp status and executive readouts; escalate decisively with data and options.
- Stand up lightweight governance and PMO hygiene (RAIDs, comms plans, dashboards).
- Blend Agile and Waterfall where appropriate; remove blockers and keep outcomes front and center.
What you’ll bring
- 7–10+ years leading enterprise IT projects/programs with measurable delivery results.
- Strong command of scope/schedule/budget management and stakeholder communication.
- Experience coordinating infrastructure, networking, identity, and end-user services projects.
- Fluency with Jira/Azure DevOps, MS Project/Smartsheet, and executive reporting.
- Proven vendor management (RFP/RFI, SOWs, acceptance) and change management skills.
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications a plus.
Cloud Engineer — Azure
Full-time · On-Site (Panama City, FL)
Architect secure foundations in Azure and AWS that support mission-critical workloads and enterprise scalability..
What you’ll do
- Author reusable Terraform modules and Ansible roles for landing zones, networking, and identity.
- Implement policy-as-code and guardrails (Azure Policy, Blueprints) to enforce standards.
- Automate pipelines for image builds, provisioning, and config drift detection (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps).
- Stand up private connectivity and secure patterns (vNETs, Private Endpoints, Firewall, Bastion).
- Instrument logging/metrics (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) and wire into alerts/runbooks.
- Optimize cost and reliability using tags, budgets, autoscaling, and resilient reference architectures.
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on Terraform on Azure (modules, workspaces, state), plus Ansible for config automation.
- Comfort with identity & access (Entra ID, RBAC, PIM), networking, and key management (Key Vault/CMK).
- CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) and solid Git hygiene.
- Strong troubleshooting across infra, pipeline, and identity boundaries; clear documentation.
- Nice to have: container knowledge (AKS), image factories (Packer), or Bicep.
Automation Engineer
Full-time · On-Site (Panama City, FL)
Build the automation that keeps environments secure and consistent—pipelines, policy, and tooling that turn best-practice into muscle memory.
What you’ll do
- Implement guardrails as code (policy-as-code, secret hygiene, least-privilege RBAC).
- Design and maintain CI/CD workflows for infra and app changes with approvals and checks.
- Integrate with monitoring/SIEM and automate remediation via runbooks/functions.
- Build shared modules and internal tooling to speed developer/ops workflows.
- Create clear runbooks and diagrams; partner with teams to roll out changes safely.
What you’ll bring
- Automation-first mindset with Terraform/Ansible and one scripting language (PowerShell/Python).
- Experience wiring identity, networking, and storage patterns into pipelines.
- Familiarity with secrets management, key rotation, and supply-chain controls (sigstore/code signing).
- Proven ability to reduce toil, codify standards, and communicate clearly.
- Bonus: container pipelines (AKS/EKS), image pipelines (Packer), or policy engines (OPA/Conftest).
